The total rate given on this reservation is an estimate based on information you or your agent has provided. The final cost depends on your actual itinerary. Additional wait time (first 10 minutes is free), Tolls, Parking, Stops, will be added to total cost. CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ANY TRANSFER OF POINT TO POINT SERVICE: In the U.S.A for pickups between 12:01am to 10:00am you have to call 10 hours before your pickup time, for pickups between 10:01am to 12:00am you need to call 6 hours before your pickup time, For International reservations 24 hours cancellation is required. CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ANY CHARTER SERVICE: All charter services will require a 72 hours cancellation time. ‘NON SHOW’ OR ‘NO GO’ CHARGES WILL APPLY TO ANY LATE CANCELLATION OR DISMISSAL OF THE VEHICLE AT COMPANY’S DISCRETION . LIABILITY AGREEMENT: This agreement is a contractual arrangement of Nationwide Limousine Service for the hire of limousine service and pertains specifically to the performance by the customer in the limousine during the course of time. In addition to the hourly rate for the car and chauffeur, any damage in excess of usual use and wear of the hired car, there will be a minimum charge of $500 for the repair and/or general cleaning of the car. Decision as to the unusual wear and use of the vehicle interior and its environs rest with Nationwide Limousine Service solely, and its experience as to general habitation of hired cars and its decision is final. Substitution of vehicle is at Nationwide Limousine Service’s discretion. All vehicles are strictly NON-SMOKING. All reservations require a 35% NON-REFUNDABLE deposits. Cancellation of a reservation with deposit has to be seven (7) business days prior to reservation date, otherwise full amount could be forfeited. In any case, deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. No personal checks are accepted. Insufficient payment will be subject to $25 fee for each occurrence. Nationwide Limousine Service is not responsible for items left in the vehicles at all times. If anytime during the drive the ride is terminated, none of the money will be refunded. If any breakdown occurs in the course of the job, the client is subject to pay for the time used only. Nationwide Limousine Service will not be responsible for delays due to heavy traffic, accidents, or any act of God, thus, lost of time will be made up at the end of the job. In compliance with CPUC Regulation Section 5384.1&.3, CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BY PASSENGERS UNDER 21 YEARS OF AGE IS PROHIBITED.
Signature or verbal authorization of the party hiring the car at the bottom of this agreement constitutes full and complete agreement and understanding of said party and his/her responsibility in returning the car to Nationwide Limousine Service in the same condition as when received.
