Event though my flight into Boston was delayed several times during the day, when I finally arrived 5 and one half hours after the schedules arrival time, my driver was at the designated pickup location when I left the terminal – no waiting at all and he took me directly to my hotel. That’s the kind of service I was expecting. I am very happy with the professional attitude of the service.
