Boston Drives was great to deal with. At the last minute I asked that they come a little early due to some weather issues and they were very accommodating. The changed the time no problem and showed up early!

Event though my flight into Boston was delayed several times during the day, when I finally arrived 5 and one half hours after the schedules arrival time, my driver was at the designated pickup location when I left the terminal - no waiting at all and he took me directly to my hotel. That's the kind of service I was expecting. I am very happy with the professional attitude of the service.
The divers were courteous, timely, and considerate even when our flight was a bit late deplaning. The car was pristinely clean and exactly as ordered. When I had to contact the office my messages were returned promptly. We had three passengers and five bags. All were managed for us. We had a very early and very late flight. We were so thankful to have found Boston Limo.
Edgar was an amazing driver. We used the stretch limo for my son's prom and everything was first class and a lot of fun!

I needed to have medical transport home after a procedure since I couldn't arrange for a ride with family or a friend, and taxi or ride share weren't allowed. The Boston Limousine car was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. The driver was there right on time and was courteous and friendly.
